Biomass Gas Application Process

Anaerobic pyrolysis gasification is a chemical reaction process that involves the catalytic thermal decomposition of organic solid waste in a completely oxygen-free environment. This technology not only addresses the challenge of solid waste disposal but also enables the regeneration and utilization of energy, thereby promoting sustainable resource development and a virtuous recycling cycle.

For example, when waste paper sludge undergoes anaerobic pyrolysis gasification, the resulting combustible gas mainly consists of methane, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide, with a calorific value of approximately 20 MJ/m³. This gas can be directly used for power generation in internal combustion engines, fully aligning with the principles of energy conservation, emissions reduction, and green development.
